I really like to watch Arashi no Shiyagare, but most especially so if I know the guest or their guest is pretty good-looking (don't you agree?, and I'm happy to say that I was able to watchshows with both categories! *Woot!*

First there was ANS Episode 31 with Higashiyama-sama! Aww, Arashi full of admiration for their senpai! But this guy really is amazing, especially when it was shared how many push-ups he does in a day! 1000! OMG, with that many push ups I'd have died of exhaustion by the time I finished! It was also really funny when he said that you can chop the 100km a month to 10-10km runs, and Sho replied that it was impossible even with the revolving payment XD

Next came the MJ guessing game, and my goodness can Higashiyama thrust his hips XD Him doing Black and White was amazing and I was really sad when Arashi didn't get Thriller FTW and see Hagashiyama do his moves again! And what pissed me off more was the fact that they were already right and was just too scared to go through with their answer >_< So close!

Another of my favorites is the one with Gackt as their guest. I was seriously wondering when he would come to ANS since I think he is quite fond of Arashi, and I bet he can teach them loads especially since he's over 400 years old :P I didn't see him in the list of subbed shows I usually check at so I did a search and lo and behold, there was one! I was so excited and as expected, he's quite the cassanova and was quick to pollute the minds of our innocent(?!) boys XD

For some points:
- Gackt got a little excited when Jun pointed at him in a concert.
- Sleeping is like a chopstick case, one stick is not good enough. A bed is like a chopsticks case... It's a thing to raise love with (what the heck does that mean?!! XD)
- Don't you find cream puffs a bit naughty? XD Oh Gackt, the pervertedness you see in little things ^_^ And it gets on your fingers see? *licks finger* gah!! *dies*
- Then when he was helping Ohno recline his seat. "Your mind's too dirty. All we're doing is putting the seat back" XD In any case, it worked on Ohno, haha!

I really like the rumors part which made me see just how odd Gackt can be! And also his common date around town on his "wheels" which I should have taken note of. The only place I remember going to was the Tokyo Tower Observatory, and it was pretty cool seeing something from your PC in real life. 

Well that's all I've got so far, but I'll add to this when I get to encounter more lovable Anikis :)

I found out that this group has debuted not too long ago, and I have to say I wouldn't even have known about them if I hadn't been to Japan recently, specifically Tokyo, Japan. A bunch of the buildings had a billboard of them (when I didn't even see one of Arashi that wasn't a CM! grrr....) Anyhow, their billboards always have them in symmetry arrangement, and I think the one that is always in the middle is the leader (and I happen to find him the coolest-looking of them all~!)
I was also able to see a glimpse of their debut song "Sexy Zone" at a large screen at the Akihabara Station, which listed down the top songs of the day. Good for them! *cheers* I thought it was really cheesy with them singing using roses as mics, but I guess having the roses in between their teeth adds to the "Sexy" factor in Sexy Zone (lol) even if the dancing was kinda awkward. ^_^

BTW, I was also able to catch Arashi's latest PV, "Meikyu Love Song" on the big screen in Akihabara Station ^_^.

And I have to say it's about time they had a life-sized game-board themed PV after all the crappy Aibakaland boards they had before (not that the game itself is any less interesting :P) I didn't get it at first but it was really funny when they all turned into Nino and Leader still had his ear headgear on :D.

Speaking of Akhihabara Station, I was actually pretty interested in what I might see in Akihabara seeing as Nino is quite the Akihabara junkie. Well, for the most part, we saw a lot of gadgets and Anime shops with figures and posters. I was kinda sad that we weren't able to look into the maid cafes and the famous ototo (little brother) cafe that I was really curious about. Well, maybe the next time I visit Japan then :)

So happy to report that I was able to visit Japan for the first time in my life! A very fulfilling week where I was able to visit a lot of places through their expensive trains and eat A LOT of Japanese food!

But of course, a Japan trip won't be complete without souvenirs... specifically, ARASHI souvenirs :)

I bought this album in a second hand shop called "Book Off" where everything looks virtually brand new as my cousin said they only buy stuff that are in near perfect condition. I thought it was pretty expensive still, but I still bought it so I can officially call myself an ARASHI supporter by owning an actual product :)

I actually saw in the store that this was the number 1 selling single -- didn't expect anything less! So I went on ahead and bought it so I could say I had a part in that :)

12 key chains through Gachupon or random vending machine (200 yen each)
I was kinda pissed with this because I specifically wanted only a Jun key chain, but then I got every other member EXCEPT Jun until the 12th key chain. Sad part still was that I had 2 pairs with the same picture of Ohno-kun :( I especially did not think that all of the key chains was worth 2400 yen, especially for a normal key chain with only their picture! Somehow I just got hypnotized into putting more coins until I got Jun! *sigh* The really know how to hook one into buying more. ><

I was expecting to see a lot more ARASHI ads in Tokyo but I was kind of disappointed because there wasn't a lot. There was one with Nino with a big nose as Mario , Jun for Meiji, then Ohno, Aiba and Jun for Kirin. My cousin said that in the hotel she stayed at, there were  a LOT of ARASHI commercials. Unfortunately, we ddin't have TV in our room at Sakura Hostel.


For some reason there was a lot of magazines with Ohno in it, and understandably a lot with Sho because of his new drama "Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de" (which coincidentially I had the single for <3) This is the first time I was able to learn about about an ARASHI drama not from the internet but from magazines all over Japan, and I was able to relate the single to it because they were all in butler costumes :) Sho's drama looks very interesting and I agree with the link above that Sho is perfect for the role. And I have to say that I'm a big fan of the butler-charge relationship <3 I'm really looking forward to see how they come through. I saw the novel next to the ARASHI single and would have bought it also if it were in English. I have to say the cover art is nicely drawn and colorfully artsy-looking.

In any case, I just got home yesterday night. It was sad thinking that I have to go back to the real world, but I guess it had to happen some time :(

Can't wait to get back and finally see ARASHI live! :D
